University of Leeds:

A member of the Russell Group of research-led universities, Leeds occupies a 98-acre site within walking distance of the city centre. The university scaled back its most ambitious campus development plan, but is still spending heavily on new facilities that are designed to propel it into the top 50 universities in the world. It already features among the top 100 in the QS World University Rankings and in the top 50 for history, English, education and earth sciences. By 2015/16 Leeds will have spent £157m on new buildings and refurbishment.
